The Challenge
Build an AI-first, Urdu-enabled educational learning management platform and school administration suite. It required tools for teachers to build lectures, quizzes, and curricula, while allowing students to take dynamic AI-supported professional test preps, plus school-tenant separations for managing private/public chains.
T&M's Solution
As Fractional CTO, we established a strict AI-native software engineering loop that auto-generates TypeScript client contracts. We developed stateful agent workflows using LangGraph and Pydantic AI, multilingual hybrid vector search (BGE-M3 + Qdrant), Urdu speech-to-text models, and secure school-chain multi-tenant database partitions.
